Our vision is rooted in Real Customer Service that reflect your individuality and personal requirements.  We want you to feel comfortable with us and work with you on getting a new home.

We like to have a dialogue with you before you arrive, either by e-mail or a phone call. When you do come we would enjoy meeting you for a cup of coffee or lunch and get to know each other.

Once we have an idea what you are looking for, and what you like to do, we will set a date to take you around on the tour and show you the various areas with a variety of condos, homes and gated communities. We would visit Open Houses if you like, as we tour.

As a husband and wife team, we offer the man and woman perspective on things, including how various neighbourhoods might fit what you are seeking for retirement or relocation. This is why we stress the importance of our orientation tour of Lakeside and the various neighbourhoods.

We then would put together a portfolio of homes that we feel may suit your needs and make a date with you to visit them. This most likely takes a few days or so at your chosen schedule, depening on the length of your stay.
